The Grand LGBTQ Interest Group Annual Meeting & Membership Drive
Our annual meeting takes place every January at the start of the new year, and it’s always a fantastic turnout with our LGBTQ members. The Steering Committee leads us in reflecting on the past year, while the meeting covers key items like a year-in-review, membership roster, treasury report, activity sign-ups, Steering Committee recruitment, and more. We usually enjoy a great photo slideshow highlighting the group’s functions, parties, and events throughout the year. With new LGBTQ members joining us this year, we also included a fun icebreaker to help everyone mix, mingle, and introduce themselves. And of course, we wrapped up the gathering with a delicious catered meal from The Twisted Italian.
