The Grand LGBTQ Interest Group Annual Meeting
We usually hold our annual meeting in January. Everyone is invited and we always have a great turnout. We review what’s happened in the previous year, discuss our budget (a fairly simple, cash-only affair), review the membership roster, and invite people to join our Steering Committee (we don’t have officers like the chartered clubs). With the skills of some of our group, we often have a great slideshow going. And what’s a gathering without food? We have a wonderful potluck!
