Surprise Day of Service

The City of Surprise is seeking volunteers for our Day of Service event on October 12, 2024. Surprise Day of Service is an opportunity to give back to our community. 

Saturday, October 12th

Check-in at Surprise Senior Center – 15832 N. Hollyhock St.

For this event, we are partnering with the Community Development and Police Departments to kick-off a graffiti removal program. Volunteers will have an opportunity to roll up their sleeves and beautify the Original Town Site by painting over vandalized walls and fences. Additionally, volunteers can help pick up trash around the neighborhood and remove weeds from a city parking lot.

How to get involved:

Volunteers will check in at the Surprise Senior Center, 15832 N. Hollyhock St. and participate in projects from 8 a.m. – noon.
